Cameron brothers, Pete and Danny, opened the Dyfi Micro-Distillery in 2015, located in wild Wales’ only UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Pete and Danny hand-forage for botanicals 10 and a half months out of the year which showcase the brightness of wildflower meadows, the freshness of the estuary and the richness of Dyfi Forest. They cryo-vac what is needed for planned production. Dyfi Gin is whimsical and enchanting, deliberately progressive in its flavor profile, and will have you day dreaming of what life must be like in the Dyfi valley.

28 native plant species are harvested over a 10 month period with the final blend comprised of eight parts wildflower, six herbal components, and four parts berries. They are the only UK distillery to have beenA twice awarded the Great British Food Awards Best Gin trophy. Grassy, summer meadow, floral.
